SeferAI for Android: help us test it before launch

SeferAI is coming to Android. The app is built and working: ask a question and get a sourced answer from the Sefaria library, listen to it as a podcast, keep your answers in your library, and pick up where you left off on the web or on an iPhone. The same account works everywhere.

Before Google lets us publish it in the Play Store, the app needs a test run: at least 12 people using it for 14 days. We are looking for those people.

What you need

• An Android phone (Android 8 or newer)
• A Google account (the Gmail address you use for the Play Store)

How to join

Email team@seferai.org with the subject "Android tester" and the Gmail address you use on your phone. We will add you and send you a link; you install SeferAI from the Play Store like any other app. Please keep it installed for the two weeks and use it now and then. If something looks wrong, reply to our email and tell us.

Premium is on us. Testers get SeferAI Premium free for the length of the test: unlimited answers, full-length podcasts and the premium voice. Sign in to the app with the same Google account you gave us, and Premium is there.

What comes next

When the two weeks are up and Google has approved the app, SeferAI goes public in the Play Store, and we will announce it here. An app for Wear OS watches, with your podcasts on your wrist, is on the way too.
